I did all the things in https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html, including removing my IP from admin blacklist, and adding it to admin whitelist, but whenever I rename back to main.php, I get the "You are a spammer..." error.

Thanks.

You must clear your IP address from the Exceptions Log file, otherwise you will just get blocked again. The whitelist will keep you from going on the exceptions list, but it is the exceptions list that gets you banned. If you don't clear the log, the whitelist never kicks in and you get autobanned again.

Thanks, I figured it out. It turns out that support document is wrong.

I had cleared the exceptions list, as well as adding to the whitelist and removing from the admin blacklist.

But renaming "main.php" did not work. I had to rename "pro.php".

I'm glad you figured it out.
