Hello. I am getting hundreds of Security Exception alerts by email, referencing my servers own IP

IP Address: <servers-own-ip-address> (IP Lookup:
http://ip-lookup.net/index.php?ip=(servers-own-ip-address) Reason: Admin Query
String

I have tried whitelisting the server IP in the Administrator IP control panel. That had no affect. The alerts keep coming.

Totally at a loss here how to stop these. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Harlow,

if you just want to stop all the alert emails, you can add the Admin Query String reason to the field Do not send email notifications for these reasons in WAF config page.

However, since it's your own server that is triggering the alerts, I'd suggest you to take a closer look at the saved url. Most likely an extension is raising the alert, so you can create an exception
