So I was trying to save the Download ID in the Options and when I click Save or Save & Close, it gives me this warning message:

Error
Could not save data. Error:

It removes the Download ID and stays on the Updates tab.

I've never had a problem like this before with Admin Tools.

Please clear your browser cache. This happens frequently after Joomla! upgrades, the old JavaScript code is cached and messes up the new code.

Dale,

I had already done this. So I went into my Joomla admin panel, cleared all cached files, purged expired files, cleared my browser cache and offline website content, then attempted to save the Download ID. Got the same error message. FYI, I had previously delete AdminTools and reinstalled with com_admintools-3.0.2-pro.zip as I was getting this error message previously. I thought the installation might have been corrupted so I did the reinstall.

Any other suggestions?

No good suggestions. :(

Our Download IDs changed again when we upgraded the site to Joomla! 3.3, do you have the correct Download ID? It would do exactly what you're describing if you had the old ID.

I actually got the download id directly from the Akeeba my id's page.

I'm going to uninstall, download AdminTools and reinstall to see if this resolves the issue.
