HI, we are having problems with our Akeeba installations of BackUp and Admin Tools Pro. I downloaded the live site to work on it locally so as not to create any problems on the live site. The live site is at http://www.abcpackaging.com, if that helps. I can also grant access to the admin if you need it. Just let me know.

First, I get a blank white page when trying to access Admin Tools. I changed the htaccess file name and that did not work.

I did turn on development error reporting in the admin and found the following fatal php error when accessing Admin Tools:

Fatal error: Class 'FOFModel' not found in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/abceng/administrator/components/com_admintools/models/geoblock.php on line 13

I looked and noticed that all Akeeba software had been updated in May of this year. SO we are only a couple versions behind the latest.

I then try to update the admin tools (it says there is an update available) and this is the error we receive:

Error connecting to the server: Oh, dear, we have a 403
ACCESS FORBIDDEN
Please try one of the following pages:
Home Page

Package download failed: https://www.akeebabackup.com/component/ars/?view=download&id=2757&dlid=&dummy=my.zip

What I did locally was download the latest 3.0.3 version of Admin Tools and install it through the extensions manager. However an update still shows up in the back end for 3.0.3 even though it is version 3.0.3.

Akeeba Staff
Hello,

it seems you have an incomplete installation, you should install the latest version of Admin Tools to fix it.
Since you can't update automatically, you have to do it manually, downloading the update from Akeeba Backup site and upload it on your Joomla installation.

Regarding the 403 error, it seems that the Download ID is missing, you could add it in the option page of Admin Tools, however you reported you are getting a white page, so your only option is the manual way.
