 Hi,

I have installed the latest version of Admin Tools and the latest version of Joomla. Now, it is no longer possible to login to the backend. All I see is a blank page.

What could I do?

Hello Ulf,

can you please manually raise the error reporting? You have to edit the configuration.php file and set the variable $error_reporting to development.
Can you please try to manually disable Admin Tools following these instructions? Do you still have the same problem?

Helloe Davide,

already tried this by renaming main.php to main-disable.php. This did not solve the problem :-(

Now, I have set the mentioned variable according to your instructions. Error-Message:

Fatal error: Class 'FOFPlatform' not found in ..../users.php on line 202

It seems you have a broken installation of the FOF library.
Download the latest version of Joomla and extract it locally, then upload the folder libraries/fof to your site, replacing it.
Be careful! You have to select and upload the folder fof (F-Oh-F), please do not touch the folder f0f (F-Zero-F), since it's a different library.

Ok, did that, now the admin login works, then the follwoing message appears:

Fatal error: Class FOFModel cannot extend from interface JModel in .../libraries/fof/model.php on line 21

Did you overwrite the fof folder or you deleted it and then uploaded again?
Can you please try deleting it and uploading the whole folder again?

OK, tht has been the problem. By the way, my IP was not mentioend in Admin Tools Blocked IPs, so that I have renamed main.php and now it works. It seemsthat the FoF (Whatever that is) has been the problem ...
