Hello;
I want the following features added to the Admin tools

A user is login only once during the same period.

For example:
- User1 login on font-end at 10:00' by Chrome browser
- Then User1 login again on font-end at 10:05' by Fire fox browser
- Now, at 10:00 logon session is automatically log out

Hello Nguyen,

TL;DR: This is not possible for technical reasons that have to do with the way Joomla! handles sessions.

Long version: If Joomla!'s session handling is set to anything other than database we cannot know the session handles at all, therefore it's not possible to know which browser the user has logged in from. If Joomla!'s session handling is set to database we'd have to scan ALL stored sessions and remove them. Therefore such a feature would be inconsistent (doesn't work with all Joomla! supported configurations) and slow or even crashing the site depending on the number of user sessions. As a result it is a very bad feature and we won't implement it.
