#21482 Two Way Authentification inserted code does not have incidence on login into the backend.

Hello,

In Joomla 2.5.27 The Admin Tools - Two Way Authentification field seems to have no incidence on logging into the backend of the joomla website.  
I tried activate and deactivate it and clearing all cache, i can login into the backend whatever i enter into that field.
(My IP adress is not in the whitelist).
