This is a well known Joomla! issue that has to do with Javascript files being cached in the browser. We have already told the Joomla! project how to avoid it. They have only applied a partial solution.

In the meantime, the fix is dead simple: clear your browser's cache. I'm not kidding, just clear your cache. Then you need to "hard refresh" the page, i.e. press SHIFT-F5 (Windows, Linux) or CMD-SHIFT-R (Mac OS X) to tell the browser to forcibly reload everything on the page.
