 Hi

I have the admin tool plugin running on my site. How can I find out if it is actually doing its job. It seems to me that it is doing nothing.

On my starting page I have a map which disappears from time to time, the only fix is to clear the cache. If that could be done automatically this would be great.

Thanks

Roger

Note that the plugin will only clear the default Joomla! cache. There are extensions that use their own private cache, Admin Tools will not attempt to clear those non-standard caches. You may also have a host level cache working, Admin Tools can not clear that one either.

You can see the plugin working by looking at the Security Exceptions Log. If you are lucky enough not to have any attacks going against your site, you can do something that would trigger a security exception to see it show up in the log. Note that whitelisted IP addresses are not subject to the normal security tests.
