 Hi,

Super Admins are not able to login to our website via the front end. This had been working so I am at loss as to why it has suddenly blocked us from logging in.

I can login via the admin panel of the website.

Please advise on how to remove the 403 block.

I can't tell you why it suddenly started to happen, but I can tell you what is likely causing it. Go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, on the Joomal! Feature Hardening Options tab, change Forbid front-end Super Administrator login to "No".
