The IP whitelist function is faulty on my server. Although I have entered my IP in the whitelist, my computer where always locked.Where can I manually enter my IP into a file?

Hello Michael,

where did you add your IP address?
There are two places where you can put that: in IP Whitelist page and inside the field Never block these IPs inside the WAF configuration page.

The latter one is always active, while the first one needs to be turned on with the option Allow administrator access only to IPs in Whitelist to Yes.

Can you please double check if your IP is correct?
If you do a quick search on Google with the string "What's my ip?" it should immediately return your current up. Does is match with the stored one?
