When ever i launch admin tools or akeeba backup a large yellow rectangle with a red text "error" message that flashes on the screen. It appears so quickly that i cannot capture a screen shot of it to show you.

This started happening when i upgraded to the newest version.

Please help

There's nothing to worry about, you're not supposed to be able to see it. We draw that screen and hide it, just in case we need it later (we wouldn't be able to draw it then). Your host/connection/etc. is just a tad slow, so you get a glimpse before it disappears.
