#23371 How to allowe CDN to access font awesome

I'm using Amazon Cloudfront for CDN. There seems to be an issue in being able to render the font awesome icons. It just turns them into square placeholders. You can see what I mean at A Picture is. Note the missing down arrow in the menu and the missing up arrow in the to-top module.

i've enabled CORS in .htaccess but that has not solved the issue. I've also added the extensions woff2 and WOFF2 in .htaccess. Still no joy.

I've done a bit of research and found this item :

I tried adding this as listed at the head of the .htaccess file, but still no joy.

Can you help?

What you have is a browser caching issue. Join the club. I had that when I was developing my own software. Clearing the browser's cache did the trick. I have no idea why. I can tell you that it's not a Joomla!, Admin Tools or .htaccess issue because this happened to me when developing Akeeba Solo (standalone application) and Akeeba Backup for WordPress.

How very stramge. I've cleared the cache and tried a couple of other browsers but it still looks the same!

But, if others see what you see, I'm happy.
