 Hello,

I have a 2.5 Joomla system with Admin Pro 3.4.4 and latest version of Subscriptions installed.
- I'm aware this is an old Joomla System, as well that Admin Pro is not updated, but this is the highest version you can install on 2.5. I'm also aware that Subscriptions is not supported anymore.

Nevertheless, if users want to pay for their subscription, they get blocked out and have the error message: click "ok" after putting in my credit card details a new page shows up with Error 403. It says this request is blocked by Admin Tools. Therefore payments cannot not go through.

I see in the admin Pro log:
XSSShield - https://www.donnybrookltc.ie/index.php?option=com_akeebasubs&view=callback&paymentmethod=paypalpaymentspro&mode=init

Is there a way to unblock this feature in Admin Pro WAF please? What exact steps should I take?

Many thanks in advance for the support. Akeeba has fantastic products and I would not be able to do business without them!

Hello Bart,

the best way to deal with that is to create a WAF exception inside Admin Tools and use set com_akeebasubs in the Component field.
For your information, the XSS shield is prone to create false positives, so we usually suggest to disable it if you find any issues.

Thank you for your quick response! I have modified the WAF exception and hopefully this will solve the issue.
