Hi, is it possible to cron run PHP File Change Scanner or some other automatic scan run?
Thank you

You can set up a CRON job to call /cli/admintools-filescanner.php. You can find the details here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/admin-tools/php-file-scanner-cron.html.

Thank you. Results of those scans are not noticed in

Does the file scan run as expected when you run it directly from within Admin Tools? If it works there, we need to look at the CRON job to make sure it is running properly.

My mistake, get it listed
Cant figured, why, on list have "90 modified" (attach 1) and when enter results and filtered modified, have listed 0 (attach 2)

All of your modified files are also suspicious. Since suspicious has a higher priority, you need to filter that group by the suspicious tag. Your modified report is giving you files that are modified but not suspicious, which is your empty report.
