The site/component is running for over 2 years, we use pdf print on a custom form that creates a project details report (we also use project fork component). HTML generated report is OK, pdf function timeout. It was working fine until this week, we did not update anything to cause that. Last yum update was 2 weeks ago. The problem occurs for one client and not for another client running the same code in another instance in the same server.

We are not able to identify what is causing the error, perhaps a variable in this client environment. Backup to local dev server and we are able to reproduce the error. Please, do you have a clue of what can cause this error on line 742? I imagine you run some sanity check that is not passing, if I can understand that I could try to trace what is sending a variable out of range, if that is the case. Or perhaps it is some patch to be applied to pro.php?

Hello,

first of all, please update your Admin Tools installation, version 2.5.5 is very old.
Take a look at the compatibility page and find the correct version for your environment. Chances are that your bug was already fixed in one of the later release.

Thanks for the quick reply. It is not a bug in admintools.

I have disabled admin tools (should have done that before!) and found the error in the TCPDF library, it reads HTML to build pdf, it has a bug when sizing the pdf image and for some reason admintools intercepts it as a security error or something related.

Anyway, closing this ticket, thanks
