 Hello

I would like to hide from people that I use joomla cms for security reasons.
There are lots of cms sites detectors that can search the site cms like:
http://builtwith.com

I found this plugin that claim that the joomla cms can be hidden:
https://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-joomla-hide-your-source-links/8988449

Please advise of we can do that with admin tools. If not do you advise.
Thanks

Hello,

Admin Tools can hide the generator meta tag and forbid users to directly access to all files except the media ones (css, jss images etc etc).
In my opinion, that's enough: trying to change the actual could cause more harm than benefits, for example breaking other developers plugins.
For your information, even if you change the path, a very stubborn attacker will detect that you are using Joomla: he simply needs to take a look at the contents of those files and he will see that are Joomla related, regardless of the path.
