could you please help me?

i am receiving this message trying to login to my admin backend

Fatal error: Class 'FOF30\Container\Container' not found in /home/innova/public_html/plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup/akeebabackup.php on line 240

this happened once i installed Admin tools

This is just a little installation problem. First, we want to disable the plugin that is trying to load and can't. Please rename /plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup/akeebabackup.php to /plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup/akeebabackup.bak.

Now you should be able to log in to the back end, please install Admin Tools twice, back to back, without doing anything in between. Do not uninstall, that will cause you to lose all your settings and logs. This "install twice" trick usually works around a bug in the Joomla! installer where it fails to copy all of the files during an installation or update.
