Yes for not that long on all my site when Admin tools sends me an email for anything I just get the email in HTML code and formated.

It really frustrating when I block my IP out and can't use that email to send me the token.

Do I have something turned off that I use to have on? As this just started up.

<head>
<title>Critical file modified on Concrete Sask</title>
</head>
<body><div style="background-color: #e0e0e0; padding: 10px 20px;">
<div style="background-color: #f9f9f9; border-radius: 10px; padding: 5px 10px;">
<p>Hello,</p>
<p>We would like to notify you that one or more critical files have been modified on your site, Concrete Sask. The list of files modified on your site is as follows:</p>
<ul>    <li>
                templates/yootheme/index.php
        </li>   <li>
                templates/yootheme/error.php
        </li>   <li>
                templates/yootheme/component.php
        </li></ul>

<h3>Should I be worried?</h3>
<p>Critical files, in the context of this email, are the files most usually targeted by hackers upon successful hacking of a site. These files can also be modified for legitimate reasons, for example when you save your site's Global Configuration or when you update Joomla! or one of its templates.</p>
<p>You should NOT worry if you received this email after you, or another administrator you trust, performed any of the following changes on your site:</p>

These emails have always been in HTML. We have always been telling the Joomla mail API that they are HTML (we use its isHTML(true) method when calling it). The Joomla mail API is supposed to format the email message correctly so it's recognised as HTML email by your mail client. If this is broken the problem is somewhere between Joomla, your mail server and your mail client. It's nothing we can do anything more about than what we are already doing.

Have you installed any third party extensions which change email formatting or send the emails through a third party service? Have you changed your site's email setup? Have you changed your email client? Have you tried viewing the emails with a different email client?

Havn't change a thing

This is even on brand new Joomla Installs

I'm using Gmail Business always have

Mailer in Joomla is set to Default PHP Mail

But again any Automatic IP Blocking email are not formatted correctly on on of my site on SITE A

Mailer in Joomla is set to Default PHP Mail

joomla 3.9.26

But then on Site B they are working correctly

Mailer in Joomla is set to Default PHP Mail

joomla 3.9.25

Could it be the Joomla that is causing this issue - as this just started

I cannot reproduce this on Joomla 3.9.26. I've tried both my development site and our live site. I still get the email correctly.

What I do see in your email is that the message was cut short, like part of the email wasn't sent. This does not come from Admin Tools. Maybe your host made changes in the mail server which affects your ability to send HTML emails from Joomla?
