I'm not sure is possible create/use a Temporary Super Users to provide login access when Password-protect Administrator is enabled (obviously without provide this credentials)?

Hello,
I'm sorry but that's not possible, Password protection is handled directly from your webserver, even before the request reaches your Joomla installation.
I'd suggest you to disable such feature (or change the extra username and password to something different), then when the temporary user has completed the job you can reset everything.
