Hi,

I can not auto update by the Joomla feature in a lot of cases (the same with Akeeba Back-up). There is a warning like 'Package download failed. Download it and install it manually from.....

The only way is to instal the new version over the old one. After that it seems to work well.ย 

I use and fill in the just download ID.

Hello,

all those sites are hosted with the same hosting provider? I suspect there's something blocking the connection to our servers.

Hi Davide,

Yes, al by the same hosting provider.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. There is no logic in it.

What the provider have to change in that case?
