Hallo Akeeba,

We do not use all of the Email Templates (f.i. not Successful administrator login).
In Joomla 3 we can unpublish some templates. In Joomla 4 Email templates are centrally managed bij Joomla itself.
But now I can not unpublish (or disable) a single Email template for Admin Tools (version 7.0.6).
Is there a possibility to do that?
In the Joomla 4 Email templates I also see no options to delete a (Admin Tools) Email template?
Have I missed something?

We centrally manage more than 50 websites with Admin Tools with also more than 50 local administrators.
We use the "Master password" option to hide a part of the configuration of Admin Tools.
But we don't want all the Successful login messages from all de local administrators.

You are approaching this backwards.

Admin Tools will not try to send an email unless you have configured one or more email addresses in its Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF page.

You seem to have configured an email address — thus telling Admin Tools to send an email — and then disabling the email template so Admin Tools fails to send the email you told it to send. Then why tell it to send an email in the first place?!

Just disable the mail features you don't need and Admin Tools will not try to send an email. No need to mess with the email templates...

Hallo Nicholas,

Thank you for your reaction.
I thought I had only one Email address for the Email templates and was forgotten there was a separate Email address for the “successful backend login”.
Yes, I can remove this Email address and the sending of the message will certainly stop.
