I detect a bug in WAF exception

Have you changed the tables' collation after installing Admin Tools? The error message seems to imply that the collations in the #__admintools_wafexceptions and #__extensions table are different which does not normally happen when you install Joomla 4 and then Admin Tools 7 on it.

No I don't changed the tables' collation after installing Admin Tools. 

I actualise to AT 7.0.6

I use the tool repair and optimise tables and it works normally.

OK, then the problem was really that MySQL had detected that a table was broken but gave us a misleading error message. Using Repair & Optimise asks MySQL to try and fix any tables it detects broken. So, nothing further to do, I guess.
