Hi,
I have support link URL: https://www.mediasoftlab.com/support/ to my oSTicket, which is in another folder on same server. After I have installed Admin Tools, link to URL shows 403 Forbidden page. Siteground Tech Support pointed problem at .htaccess file created after Admin Tools. Kindly suggest what to do? Thank you.
Hello,
please get inside the Htaccess Maker page and add that folder in the field "Allow direct access to these folders, including .php files".
Then regenerate the .htaccess file.
That should fix your issue
