Hello,

The administrator IP was blocked on one of the sites I manage, after reaching the threshold of "allowed" mistakes from the same IP, but one thing was strange: all security exceptions had the same date stamp, in this case Sun, 30 Jan 2022 13:57:30

I only work exceptionally on websites during the weekend, so not yesterday on the 30th of January.

I removed the blockade this morning so everything is fine again, but I do not understand that the security exceptions messages all have the same date stamp. Curious, is my computer getting mad?

The reason was template=URL, although that does happen too frequently, it's normally another IP address.

Do you have an idea?

Hello,

this could happen because your browser is trying to pre-load your website for faster access or to create a thumbnail, sometimes it happens.

By the way, I'd suggest you to enable the switch Allow site templates, since sometimes some extensions are placing the full template name in the URL, triggering the protection.
