I've got a situation whereby Admin Tools Pro is automatically blocking my I.P. address whenever I try to add a new Temporary Super User. I don't understand why this is happening. I get an email that says that the reason is "nonewadmins". Can you help?

Hello,

this happens because you enabled the option "Disable editing backend users' properties", this will block the creation/editing of Manager, Administrator or Super Administrator.

Please disable that option and try again, it should work.

I disabled the setting that you described above and I'm still having a problem.  After disabling the setting, I logged off of my Administrator account and tried to logon as on of my temporary Super User accounts.  I was immediately told that I was a spammer anf my I.P. was blocked.  Is there something else that I need to do?

You should take a look at the Blocked Requests Log, it will tell us the reason for the block and we can start working on that.
