Hello,

The 55% discount applies when you are renewing two or more products in a bundle renewal. Since you were only renewing Admin Tools (but not Akeeba Backup) you got the single product renewal discount of 30%. This is a discount 15 Euros which means you are paying 35 Euros plus VAT. The VAT in your country is 21%. 21% of 35 Euros is 7.35 Euros. Therefore the total is 42.35 Euros, what you paid.

Hy there

Last monday, 10th October, I wanted to renew both components, however I did something wrong y and only renewed "Admin Tools". Could I renew the component "Akeeba Backup" and thus be beneficiaries of the offer?

Log into our site and go to https://www.akeeba.com/subscribe.html

At the top there's the “Essentials for Joomla!” product. Click on the Renew Now button to add the renewal for Akeeba Backup for Joomla for €22.50 plus VAT, if applicable. Please note that this special renewal pricing offer will be available up to and including October 31st.

Thanks for the info, I just renewed it correctly "Essentials for Joomla", for the price of 22€ + VAT. 

I would like to ask you if the component "Admin Tools", which was renewed on October 10 at the price 42,35€ (VAT included) could benefit from the offer (55% discount)

Please remember that renewal pricing is not applied retroactively. The 55% discount will be applied when you renew your subscription in 9 to 12 months from your purchase date.
