Hi, after update my site to J4 - the front website shows

0 Class "JRequest" not found

error.

I found out that

Cmsupdate  Component 1.3.1

almost shows the same error:

An error has occurred.
0 Class "JError" not found

I try to uninstall the component but then I get error:

An error has occurred.
0 Class "FOFUtilsInstallscript" not found

What can I do to uninstall this component?

 Best regards, Hein

Hello,

I think you have to use our tool Magic Eraser, announced at the bottom of the page in this post: https://www.akeeba.com/news/1747-joomla-4-is-around-the-corner.html

It will nuke all old extensions, so it's a bit aggressive. Take a backup before using it or even better try it locally and when you're happy with the result do it on the live site.
