Wasn't sure if this was under another post, but I'm seeing this error notice under System:Maintenance:Database:Admin Tools for Joomla -
One Problem

(From file 7.1.1-20220209.sql.)
• 19 database changes did cheer table structure and were skipped.

Yup, it's the same and it is worked around in 7.4.7.1.
