Hello everyone,

I have a problem when trying to register new emails through the newsletter component.

I'm using Yootheme's builder pro, which allows me to add into my website a newsletter component (linked to Mailchimp).

Anyway, everything works fine in the website, but if I try to add a new email in the newsletter box and click on "Iscriviti" (Subscribe), nothing happens.
A message should appear saying that your registration was successful and then receive an email for confirmation. But nothing happens.

Somehow I made it work on my IP, and I guess the problem is connected to Admin Tools' Web Application Filter.

I don't know how to make it work on every IP, so that any client could subscribe.

I've looked up online and found no solution to this problem. Any clue how I could solve this?

Thanks in advance,

Marco

P.S.: I've attached a screenshot of how it should work. As I said, it works fine on my IP. But it doesn't work on my phone or on any other IP.

Salve,
