Hello

I can't find the invoices section on the site.
I have Paddle.net invoices between January 2023 and today but I have nothing on my Akeeba access.

We don't sell directly to clients, we use Paddle as our reseller. The invoices you have from Paddle are the invoices for our software.

You can of course access them from our site, as well.

Log into our site first.

Go to My Account, My Subscriptions from the top menu.

Look at a subscription you have. It has a Show / Hide Details button. Click on it.

You now see your payments history for that subscription. Click on Show / Hide Details next to a payment history item. You can now see the details of that payment and a link to the invoice. If it says "Not available" it means that it's part of a bundle payment; you will have a payment in the history of another subscription at the same time and date which has a link to the invoice.
