Hi Nicolas,

today I had a strange situation. I got a DFIShield warning and in fact, one of our regular users, even with admin-status, wanted to order something in the shop. Everything went fine until she wanted to finally confirm the order.
See attachment. She is located in Hong Kong!
Then I tried the same frome here (Germany) and everything was fine.

The site is hosted here in Germany.

Only after I deactivated DFIShield, she could finalize the ordering.

Do you have any idea, what this could have to with the location?

Pleased to hear

Hello,

can you please get inside the Security Exceptions page and take a look at the logs?
What's the URL blocked by the DFIShield? I suspect you can simply create a WAF exception for your shop component.
