Good evening

I am trying to install the connector for myjoomla.com but I keep on getting the error message

"Your server returned a 403 Forbidden message, this means you are blocking our requests in your firewall"

I was wondering if the mistake in in the way I configured Admin Tools Pro

Support will be greatly appreciated

Hello,

if I remember correctly, MyJoomla directly connects to a file, outside Joomla environment.
This means that you have to allow direct access to a specific file inside the Htaccess Maker. Take a look at MyJoomla documentation, they should have precise instructions on how do that and which file should be directly accessible.
