For two days now, I receive this error message when I use the IP Lookup function in AdminTools:

"Access denied for user: 'monsitep_stats@%' to database 'monsitep_stats' in file /home/monsitep/_pro/_internet/ip-lookup.net/inc/functions.inc.php in line 224."

The IP Lookup service is third party and not affiliated with Akeeba Ltd. We provide that link in our software as a default setting but it can be changed through the Configure WAF page. You can use any service you want. The ip-lookup.net site, the default shipped in Admin Tools the last several years, seems to have an intermittent issue connecting to its database the past week. It works for me here in Europe but I am definitely not accessing it at the same time as you do in the States.

In any case, you can change this in the Configure WAF page. You can enter something like
whatismyipaddress.com/ip/{ip}

and make sure to change http:// to https:// in the dropdown. That's an alternative service I am sometimes using instead of ip-lookup.net. This is not affiliated with us in any way. If you know of another service you can use it instead, of course.

I thought that perhaps the provider had changed the url. I like the reporting format the provider uses. But apparently the provider doesn't like US IP addresses. Oh well.
