Description of my issue: Currently im backing up my full site, but i want to know how can i seperate the database files . Is there a way i can backup site files and database seperatly?

Yes, of course you can. You can create additional backup profiles and choose the "Main site database only (SQL  file)" and "Site files only" backup types. More information can be found in our documenation.

WARNING! This is NOT the recommended way to produce normal backups of your site. You will only be able to restore your site manually. We can't provide support for manual backup restoration and, mind you, manual restoration tends to be at least 5x slower rthan a regular restoration in the ideal case where you have SSH access and are familiar with the command line. For most users and sites a manual restoration can take anywhere between half an hour and several hours whereas a regular restoration takes less than 5 minutes. Make sure you understand the implications before proceeding with separate database and file backups.
