Please check if the file installation/platform/views/main/tmpl/default.php has been extracted from the backup archive. If the file is there, please check its permissions. It should be at least 0644. If the permissions are something like 0400 or 0600 you'll need to change the file permissions to 0644 and the directory permissions to 0755.

Thank you Nichola for your answer.

I don't see the folder or the files. I created the folder and gave it the correct permissions. I run again the extract wizard and got the same error. I checked and the file is not in there.

Can you try extracting your backup archive with Akeeba eXtract Wizard? If the file is not there, you have a problem in your backup profile configuration. Make sure the Embedded restoration script is set to "ANGIE for Joomla! Sites", then take a new backup.
