EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Hello,
I've set akeeba backup to upload backups on Dropbox and it used to work in the past up to last week. But for an unknown reason it doesn't work anymore.

When I launch a backup, the backups seem to be created successfully but it fail to be uploaded to Dropbox.

What can I do to fix it ?

Regards,

lemamat

you can find in attachement the screenshot of the error message and the log file.

Your attachment did not come through, can you please try again?

If your file is very large, you can upload it to a file service or on your website and just send me a link.

That screen shot is just not cooperating!

From the log file it looks like the Dropbox authentication is failing. It starts, then fails immediately. That tells me that it is not a timeout or that the archive part is too large.

Please check your Dropbox setup in Configuration and make sure that everything there is correct.

I've tried several configurations:
- when I disable post processing then I don't have error message.
- when I reconfigure Dropbox credential I have the same error message
- when I configure iDrive for upload I also have an error message that you may find in attachment

The iDrive error message is telling us that the remote path is not correct.
