Hi folks, i'm sorry to buggy you but i'm facing an issue when upgrading Akeeba Backup to 5.6.3, other extension is installing fine,

But akeeba fail with the following message (translated from french)

I'll tried using directory, packet and url,

- tried with ftp ON and OFF

my directory permission is ok,

my host is infomaniak there are a bit special but i'll followed the instruction of the host without success so they ask me to ask the joomla community, as i got no answer from joomla.fr i purchased a support contract @ akeeba

i'm running 3.7.5 because of issue when upgrading to 3.8.x this is why we need this backup to send the site to joomla dev

Hi David, i've cross checked the IP / login / password of the FTP, i'll also tried to put the domain name instead of the IP (don't work)

i well connect to the FTP trougth filezilla,

i'll tried to put OFF the FTP without success

my temp persmission is well on 0777

hope you can help we really need akeeba backup

I'll cross checked directory permission and ownership of the joomla folder, i verified the relative path of the temp directory all is fine,

any chance that someone get on the server and take a look ?
