Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I am using setcronjob.com for the automatic backups. setcronjob gives me the option of sending an email if and only if certain criteria are NOT in the confirmation of the backup - like a success message.

I see that at the end of the backup confirmation emails it says "200 OK"
Is this a sign of backup success, or are there other output messages that confirms that a backup has happened?

Thanks, Rajan

It is the only expected message when there is a backup success.

When the front-end backup succeeds you will only get the reply "200 OK".

You will only get the reply "200 OK" only when the front-end backup succeeds.

(The previous two sentences are not the same; I am trying to convey that "200 OK" is a necessary and adequate condition for you to detect a successful backup).
