EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I cannot install the Akeeba Extract tool (AkeebaPortableToolsSetup.exe) due to a failure during install on an up to date Win 10 system:

Error "A referral was returned from the server". I used "Run as Administrator as well and it also fails!

Please note that our software is unsigned. A code signing certificate costs too much considering that the bulk of our software would not benefit from it and the only software which would, Akeeba eXtract Wizard, is a fringe product in our portfolio.
