Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: Is there additional documentation as to the best practices in setting up Backblaze B2 ? I have tried multiple settings and continue to get the same warnings and the backup does not complete.
Some files transfer there, but then I get a warning error

Failed to process file xxx/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup/site-xxx-20200211-154352.jpa
Error received from the post-processing engine:
Backblaze B2 API Error bad_request: Missing header: Content-Length
Post-processing interrupted -- no more files will be transferred
Log attached.

This is not a documentation issue as it is a hosting issue. The request we send to BackBlaze B2 is correct and has all the necessary headers, including Content-Length. However, we've observed that some hosts strip that header from the outbound request. Because that header is necessary for B2 to understand the request it returns an error.

Unfortunately, this is something for your host to fix. The reason it's happening is that your host has a proxy or other non-transparent network device in front of your web server which intercepts and modifies the outgoing traffic to the BackBlaze B2 servers. If you try using a different server (e.g. a local server set with something like MAMP on your computer) you will see that the same settings work.
