Hi,
on my webiste I've setup atutomatic backups with Post-processing engine setting to upload to google drive folder.

The question are how to delete automatically:

1) the oldest items into Manage Backups panel: keep in mind that the status is remote

1) the oldest logs file backup that remain into /administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup the folder

There is a features into akeeba backup configurations that to do that, or it's possible to implement this feature?

Regards
D.

The post processing engine setup will allow you to delete the backup archive from your web server after it has been successfully uploaded to Google Drive. Note that if something goes wrong during the upload, the local archive is not deleted.
  1. In the quota settings area of Configuration, there is a setting "Enable remote files quotas" that needs to be enabled. This allows your quotas to be applied to the archives stored on Google Drive as well as the local archives.
  2. Backup logs are saved as long as the record of the backup is displayed in the Manage Backups screen. The number of backups displayed is controlled by the "Obsolete records to keep" setting in the quota section.
Note that quotas are applied per profile, so if you have two profiles and each profile keeps three backups, you have a total of six backups on Google Drive, not three.
