It can mean two things. One, your site is hacked and ClamAV is picking up the hacked file in the ZIP archive and complaining about it. Two, it's a false positive.

Since your backup archive is on the same site that you are backing up we can shoot down the first possibility. If your site was hacked you'd be receiving more warnings about the file or files actually being malicious on a hacked site, not just the backup.

Therefore, it's a false positive. ClamAV mistakenly identified the backup archive as malicious when, in fact, it's not. You should ask your host to exclude your backup output folder from ClamAV scanning explaining to them that this is where you store your backups and that this folder is already inaccessible over the web as they can very easily verify by looking at the .htaccess file placed there.
