Good morning, due to a hosting change I have problems creating a back-up of a large site.

During the back-up a 503 error is displayed and the site is not accessible anymore. Of course I've contacted the hostingprovider and I wait until their answer.

But, is there a setting I can set which can help to overcome this error?

At the previous hosting company there was no problem, but it only took a long time (half an hour for 2 GB back-up size).

Thanks!

Hello,

a 503 error means that there's something going on your server that can not handle the request.

You can try to lower the speed of the backup process, can you please try to lower the maximum execution time to 10 seconds and see if there are any improvements?
