EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I am running 3.3.13 and I have a notice that 3.4.0 is available. When I click update, I get two messages.
Unknown Archive type
Update path does not exist
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Unable to detect manifest file

and
Updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_ was successful.

When I check the version of Akeba Backup Pro, it has not updated.
What should I do next?

I have already set"Update only to developer releases > NO"
I have done previous updates without problems.

Make sure you have entered your download id in the backend of the system. Then do the following:

Click on the UPDATE FOUND button in the Akeeba Backup' page, then click on the "Refresh update information" and only then click on the update button. This will work now. This is only required after the first time you enter your Download ID due to the caching of update information. Alternatively, you can wait 24 hours for the update cache to expire and Live Update will "see" your new Download ID.

My download ID has been entered.
When I open Akeeba backup, it says I have the latest version but the version listed is 3.3.13.
Joomla sees the 3.4.0 update but Akeeba does not.

Please click on the "You have the latest version" button, click on "Refresh update information" and you should see the new version. Please note that it takes up to 24 hours since each release for the update notifications to be read by Live Update.
