Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: 2.5.3
PHP version: 3.4.3.2
MySQL version: 5.1
Host: ScaleEngine.com
Akeeba Backup version: 3.4.3

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I am concerned that Akeeba is not actually Backing Up my Full website.
The total uncompressed file size of the website on my PC is about 75 MB's.
When I do a Full Site Backup on my PC or Host Webserver, the Akeeba backup file size is only 23MB's.
I am using the JPA format.

I am totally out of my depth with this issue.
Attached is the Log File.
Thank you for your assistance.

I don't see any problems during backup. Please note that your site includes some files which are temporary and should not be backed up, files which Akeeba Backup automatically excludes:
- the cache and administrator/cache directories' contents
- the tmp directory's contents
- Thumbs.db files (I bet you were using Windows on the machine you built your site on, he he)
- Akeeba Backup's backup files, i.e. we are not backing up the old backups, that would be a huge waste of space and time!
This explains the big size difference.
