EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Upgradeing from 3.4.2 to 3.4.3 pro

Getting following error

JFolder::files: Path is not a folder
ERRORNOTFINDJOOMLAXMLSETUPFILE

If I attempt to just install the extention directly it just hangs.

As clearly stated in the Release Notes of our release announcement, please DO NOT use Joomla!'s extension updater, it's not working with the Pro releases or any other software which requires authentication before downloading it. Thanks.
