EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Sorry, I can not open DOCX files. Moreover, I need the raw log to be able to have a chance at helping you (copying from the rendered log skips some information I need to be able to understand what is going on).

Please go to Akeeba Backup and click on View Log. Click on the origin you took the backup from ("Backend" is when you take a backup through the Akeeba Backup component's Backup Now page). In the new page DO NOT COPY the text on the page. Instead, click on Download log file. It downloads a .txt file. Put it in a ZIP file and attach it to your next post.
