Description of my issue: I can not back up the site because encounter this error. I tried to make all changes wrote in the related troubleshooter articles without success. Hon can I fix my problem? Thanks.

You have an abysmal server setup. The site's root is set to be the filesystem's root. Even though I can give a workaround, I STRONGLY recommend switching hosts. Your current host's setup is extremely insecure. It was used 10 to 15 years ago, but people have since realised that it's not apt for dynamic sites, like those built with Joomla!.

If you want to back up your site on this host you will have to use the File and Directories Exclusion page to exclude the following system (non-Joomla!) directories from the backup (not all of these directories may be present in your server):
boot, bin, dev, etc, home, lib, lost+found, lib64, mnt, opt, proc, root, sbin, tmp, usr, var

If you are wondering what these directories are meant for, there is a nice old article explaining the use of most of them.
