Description of my issue:

1. Where are the troubleshooter articles located?
2. How many sites can I install Akeeba Backup Pro(ABP) and Admin Tools Pro(AATP) on (with updating feature) with my subscription?
3. Is my site more secure just having ABP and AATP installed? Is there a tutorial as to making it more secure with these tools and posible other ways.

Thanks!!

Hello,

1. From the top menu of our site click on Docs. The first item reads "Troubleshooter - START HERE!". That's it.

2. Unlimited. Really. No limits!

3. First you have to take backups with Akeeba Backup Professional. All by itself it sits there in a corner and waits for you to tell it to start a backup. Ideally you should take frequent, automated backups. The documentation has a large section called "Automating your backups" presenting all alternative ways to do that.

Admin Tools Professional, out of the box, is configured for minimal protection. Just take a look at the Quick Setup section of its documentation and follow those steps. It will take you about half an hour and you'll end up with a very good level of security.
